Consider a movable coffee table - I see 2 recliners that may necessitate some table shifting?- an area rug large enough to incorporate all the seating, rather than just a hearth rug, and enclosed storage for your electronics. No. If you really want a shower fixture, make sure there's a drain and a sloping floor (so no glass door or shower pan) and just hang a fixture on a reasonable sized piece of wall. And consider the costs, how long you planned on living there, will you use it for more than spraying plants or washing the dog, etc.

Wow that's way too much. How would a polymer alcove come in from the main powder room door ? A comfortable moving space is around the 23-24 inches.
