Try Acid Washing the tiles.

the clear top is removed and later the bast white color is off

i was thinking of epoxy ??

will it do as i have a fine solid floor just comestic damage

we sand all to ballance and to solid epoxy primer to grip it

Yes epoxy may work out. Try with a smaller area first.

try sunmica flooring or venyl flooring

Try Pidilite Roff Cera Clean Rapid Tile and Ceramic Cleaner...If your only concern is to clean the tiles.

Try wooden flooring.

Try wooden flooring over existing flooring. That will enhance d interior look of your showroom.
