Why would you not want to use glass in those tall openings? It may be the main source of light for the interior of the building during the day. Unless you really can't bear so much sunlight or you are concerned about the lack of privacy at night. In which case you can use frosted glass instead of clear upto the top of the second slab level. Above that level you will get three vertical rectangular frames. You could commission stained glass panels for those. Alternatively, below the stained glass panels you could used wooden slats with gaps in between
As for colours, those shown in the architect's view seem pretty good. The chocolate colour probably also be used on one face of the ground level- the side with the window. Do a patch on one wall and see how it looks first, before you do the whole wall
In the images that I have posted, the one with the storage unit below was a combination of wood and metal panels. It was placed between the entrance verandah area and a patio that you could access from the dining room behind. It was created for privacy, so that the family could use the side patio behind the screen, while allowing them to keep an eye on the gate
You have to just give the order to the CNC people. They will provide the base material and you will have to select a design from their catalogue. Alternatively you can provide a design of your own in the format that they need
