Plan is good as per vastu. Shift stairs and lift if possible and do not have bathroom with W.C. in NW.

Thank you rupal..any alternate suggestions on the positions of stairs and lift??

Shift the lift more towards south. For the stairs you can leave some space from the east wall as i can't see the alternative . For the NW bathroom, you can have the bathroom on the left side and shift the closet area there. Try to make a 9*9 grid and see that none of the columns are in MARM STHAN and BRAHM STHAN.

It looks very nascent. You may need to define the space properly with furniture placement. For example there is a huge balcony but have only entrance to it. In north west corner you have a closet in 4x4 space and a bath with limited place for the fittings.

Please try placing fittings and furniture you may realize that it requires quite a few changes.

You need to work on furniture layout and over all interior of house before start for actual work...

Make Balcony and Staircase as Separately. Because that balcony is considered as Corridor when it is directly attached nearest to Balcony.

Also It's better to Replace staircase to SW or South Quadrant as Possible
