3-form has some gorgeous stuff and the design possibilities are endless. We used the woven wall in a light bronze to achieve the look in the photo and then back lit it with LED tape lighting. Would not recommend purchasing lighting from 3-form as they are expensive as opposed to getting it locally.

It seems to be Teak, which is a quite expensive wood. Lots of Yachts and Boats are made of Teak and it is used widely on decks, so, I still dont understand what your question is? What you are saying, is that because of the electrical and AC Vent, you need to drop the ceiling? Do you have straight walls/ceiling? can the wood be attached to the existing ceiling? The Carpenter installing the wood, could just lower the AC Vent and what kind of electrical are you talking about? The ceiling can lights?

If you love that wallpaper, use it in bathroom. Not really right for behind bed. I would go a drum style chandelier. In a silk pale gold. Your bed looks zen or Asian to me. I love it. But, you don't. Need to much with it. Keep it simple a more formal drape on windows, color would depend on wall color and bedding. I'm thinking a dramatic peacock satin. Use a lighter same tone on walls a rich teal. Ceiling can be gold leaf. With alight that cast shadows on ceiling at night. Then your wall paper will tie in. Furn should be mirrored.

softyjain, If the windows need to be replaced I recommend looking at fixed steel to maintain the narrow profile of the windows and small window lites.
