Need help with my new studio apartment
Comments (4)You may also want to consider a screen or pass-through bookcase to visually divide the "bedroom" area from the living area. I like your table and platform bed ideas. Consider whether the radiator will have enough room to "radiate" with a bed against it though. www.twitter.com/216Sharon...See MoreNeed help with window safety!
Comments (4)I have no idea about your place, but i found a dog fence very helpful. You can adjust them to different witdh, they are pretty inexpensive and you can remove them later when you move out. But i would also ask you landlord for a permanent installation because he must be concerned about your security too....Good Luck for You...See MoreWindow size for my new house
Comments (11)Narayana, With openable grills with French Windows are good ! They look good and provide better sunlight/wind into the house. The by side of French Windows are internal placement of furniture becomes an issue at times. Outside sounds and weather also affect the inside a bit more. Comments (5)Hi Ritika . You should work on the long wall on the right as an accent wall. I would recommend something in mirrors because it will magnify the entire space. Make sure you use the same color as walls on the ceiling to make the space look one and keep the focus on the long wall. To demarcate the spaces you can either use rugs or place a console or a wing chair to define the corridor. If you like to add pictures of your family. the dining wall seems like a good option. Overall , keep the entire color pallete in neutrals . Depending on your liking you can either take whites or beiges . Add indoor plants which can eliminate the need of a balcony in the house. To add a pop of color. You can paint the Corridor walls in one color. The pantone of 2020 , classic blue. A color that goes well with all tones. All the best! do write back incase you have any specific requirements....See MoreUser
