You will have to reroute the sewer pipe into the wall and cap off the existing. You have to make sure you have a clear bay where the toilet goes and there is no obstructions, sometimes framing has to be re-done so you have to open up a wall etc and have to patch the adjoining room behind it as well. What is the dimension of your bathroom? Looks like 4 feet wide, can't make out on length though. Glass partition or tiles partition for shower would help to keep your bathroom clean and dry and revamp look drastically. Wall hung WC is must, again from cleaning and look perspective. We have gone around in circles but we've decided not to do tile because we are terrible at maintenance. We are at the point where we are seriously considering just the Swanstone surrounds. However, there is a local artist that does epoxy resin bathrooms and I am considering hiring her. I think it could be a little more expensive to hire the artist, but we could more easily also get the floors taken care of and also replace the counter and backsplash on the vanity, thus saving us money from having to replace that, too. Does anyone have any experience with epoxy resin bathrooms in terms of the maintenance and longevity? Thank you!
