Mohammad. I understand your program. You may be lost in the details at the moment. Please do follow and trust the advice given here by all these people. You are about to embark on a reasonably expensive journey. Get professional help with someone who you can sit down at a table and brainstorm with them your ideas and intentions. There are Architects and there are professional building designers who are members of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) who are well versed in projects such as yours. I personally love a design challenge. After 38 years designing homes and special use buildings I enjoy this type of challenge the most. I am in Ohio and may not be close to where you are but I am sure with a little investigation you will find the best design professional for you.

Nishant, Ideally, you should have electrical and plumbing lines ready before construction. Interior design, you may have the mood board discussed with your designer. The detailed plans can be developed in the construction phase or later as well. Planning is the key to a successful home building and should be the first task. I am talking about the points or anything that would be worth it . It’s a last week to add in anything I would in my new construction home . I live in Calgary and it’s 2805 square feet house . I am looking to built in it a luxury way . Anything you think of that would be useful for personal use . I have added ceiling speaker , I am contradicting on it . I am adding house 3 d maps to help better . I have added 2 speakers in greater room area , 2 in kitchen and two in loft . Please guide me is it worth having ceiling speakers if we do house parties or is it does better to have a music system or anything handy .
