Comments (2)In my suggestion, now one should have different color schemes for different areas and rooms. Painting the whole house in just one color might make the interiors dull. Not even color of the paint, you can also try for patterns, textures and wallpapers for vibrant looks in your rooms. visit IDUS Furniture for wide range of wallpapers....See MoreFoyer area with L shape pillar. Entry and design dilemma.
Comments (0)Hi all, as soon as I open the front door clockwise, there is a 2.5 ft wide space(height 8 ft) on the left followed by L shape column leading to another 4 ft wide space. This was the servant washroom and I want to use it for show rack and foyer. The X area on the opposite has a window. Should the access to this area be through hall? What are possible functional design ideas? I will also need access to the servant room at the left back. Flat layout is attached....See Moredesign dilemma.. ideas please

Instead you can make it look bigger in size by providing the fixtures and fittings which you need. 2) Master bedroom wardrobe section --you can demolish the wall and provide wardrobe as a partition which will give more openness to the room and will be more effective from the interior point. 3) I agree with cornerstone about changing the kitchen door position and shifting it on the dining room side which will be convenient for the person working in the kitchen and will give a finished look in the foyer area. 4) For the laundry area you can use the upper side for the storage and lower area for the washing machine. 5)Kitchen requires more detailing then other rooms. My suggestion will be to consult a professional instead of planning on your own. For any king of help, you can feel free to contact us....See Moreflossumpossum
