What's the help you want exactly? Is merging the kitchen with utility an option?

Regarding the other part...Let me be honest with you... remodelling can happen at any budget. Lesser price work looks just accordingly.

Disconnect happens when we look at a million dollar homes and try to replicate it at a tight budget. One needs to be a master craftsmen themselves to do that.

Agree on this.. expensive ideas need more budget

I wish to redesign kitchen .. planning to interchange window and utility door .. bring utility door opposite the entry door . And make a U kitchen to right of doors .. I am not sure if a full U would leave enough space in between ?
Also not sure if I want to make the dining side wall as full fridge and pantry wall .. could I get everything on that wall ( fridge microwave and pantry )
Ideally I wished to keep that wall for a opening window between kitchen and dining

Both your thoughts are feasible. With the modifications you will have increased wall storage, atleast 1/4 lesser counter space and a little cramped cooking area. Are you ok with that.

Is it feasible to mark the pillars in this kitchen layout and specially mention the planned usage of store and attached bathroom in the plan.

The red are the pillars.. basically corners are pillars and the top One foot all over is beam

In The outside area I have already reduced the size of bath, thereby creating space for washing machine outside the bath. I plan to make a storage almirah above the washing machine area to store laundry items.
I wish to make the bath sort of powder room / small bathroom with a small corner sink and also provision for bath

That leaves my present utility area all free for use.. I wish to make space for ironing there ( outside kitchen sink window ) and some storage .. maybe a slab and some space underneath and storage.

I am not sure , but I could be using the servant room to make a small home office and therefore the outer bathroom needs to be slightly more fancy

Think the following shall suit your requirements.

1-Close the current entrance to the kitchen
2- Create a new entrance in the mid of the dining wall.
3- Just opposite to entrance a tall unit with all electrical appliances. On your current hob wall.
4- A smaller sink in kitchen and change the directions of the one in the utility.

This shall be our limited suggestions . Please feel free to call if any of the above is not clear.
