Hello Sir, I do not understand- what do you mean by "changing the wall Designs." For coloring/wall papers/textured painting it is better to have finished wall. For wall cladding/tiling it is OK to have a non finished wall as well as they require a rough surface. For changing the tiles, its quite a messy, and wasteful expense. Rather, you can give the tiles of your choice to builder to install on the first go itself. Some builders don't allow such requests but others would happily do so. Some others may even offer a discount for not using their tiles. Same thing with paint as well you can give your colors to them to paint if you are not happy with white. east : 13' wall / 7 ft west: 13' wall / 7 ft south: 13' wall / 10 ft north 4' wall / 10 ft now can slab be rested on these wall ??? this slab will be on first floor... these all are load bearing wall... ground floor have similar wall execpt north side 4' pardi wall... that is not having any support from ground slab

For the wall in the balcony I have shortlisted two stones A) Black leather finish granite B) Grey William granite. I am posting pictures of both. What can be pro and cons as I am looking for the exteriors wall only. Further for there will be window and steel/glass grill at wall of balcony so not sure whether book match pattern of grey William stone will work or not. I request whoever reading this to suggest which stone will look better at my elevation wall. Thanks a lot for reading this. Looking forward to get some positive suggestions.
