You can get a custom wall art done , glass with bronze, glass painting, that wall should be a center of attraction, anyone walks. I have done this for a site, it works wonders, guest appreciate a unique feature. this can be done as DIY project on weekend also. these are some some real world executed ideas. cheers mate.

Hi you can add a small section or a sheer partion screen and make a mud area for jackets umbrella shoes etc when people enter the house and so that they dont enter your living room directly. it will give you a better, more square shape for your living room. then it would become easier to design with wallpaper and textures. i suggest bringing in some air plants to hang by the windows. you can bring in some peppy paintings as well

Apologies Pro, for speaking on her behalf but I guess she is referring to the alignment of the sofa and TV unit and the viewing angle. If the sofa is placed on the orange wall it has to be done after leaving the door space where as TV is place very near to the wall. Secondly, it will be too much of a viewing distance.
