Hi,
I have just bought a plot of size 8.45*16.25(meter) with 3 meter setback at the front side and 2 meter from the back side. I am thinking of making entrance at the corner of the short side (8.45) and after 4 meters this whole side will end and next 7 meters of space will be 1 meter down. I want to make a 3 meter wide mezzanine which will be 2.90 meters above the 7 meter area and will start where the 4 meter area ends.The next floor will be (stairs from the mezzanine) about 5.60 meter above the 7 meter area. Will this high ceiling look good or not?
