Saurabh, I would recommend the TV on the opposite wall than the current one. It's a bigger wall.

You may want to bring the TV down to comfortable viewing height .

Also suggest that you leave atleast a foot clearance from the rooms lobby entrance for easier movement .

3- Besides the above comment which are still valid you may want to recheck the sitting space provided in the dining table. The sizes are not mentioned but we can make out that 3 people are being made to sit in 4 ft space. Give it a thought.

4- Curtains panels are hidden on a false wall. Are you going to mount the AC on a dry wall?

5- You do not need a couple of fans?
