I would break it up into various rooms, approximately 10 feet by 15 feet each, though a longer one with a long narrow (2 feet?) water feature against the wall and seating and plants in the center part would work. Plants on the wall, making it vertically green. A path leading from room to room should jog, so you cannot see straight through. Change the theme of rooms, large fancy pottery, an outdoor dining area, sunbathing area if possible.

You have a great opportunity to go eclectic. So using very modern and colourful elements for the kitchen - modern storage cannisters, a vase, lights, toaster, even mixer, you start to introduce shocks of colour and shape that jar with the expectations in a traditional kitchen. "Residence" sounds right. "Estate" sounds big to me = big house + lots of acres of land + big wrought iron fences. But why use surname. I seen plaques on peoples houses that read "The smiths"

Dear Mr. Gupta, I must appreciate your decision going with natural stone flooring. You have followed the right path to design. As for granite, what you've looked at is an wood grain natural granite. Natural granite come in all range of lighter shades - try galaxy white, wood grain, Norwegian shades of whites and creams etc. They all go very well in flooring as they need extremely low maintenance and take a good polish. But since you have opted for flooring, try a flamed or leather finish. However, natural stones could take up stains very easily.
