Why don't you troll Houzz first and build an idea book of anything you like for each room. Then go back and see if you notice a reoccurring furniture design, wood color, style ... Any kind of preference. Any of us can post three gorgeous rooms for you, but they will be a reflection of our taste and not yours.

It appears like you had not consult a professional assistance for your hotel as I don't see anything interesting in this building. Its just a boring box with lot of windows. house is good in white. ensure you choose off white colour such as cotton woll and not brilliant white whike repainting. Gate in black. boundary wall in mud colour. overall it would look like a spanish villa. only thing missing is a big olive tree or a palm tree
