Hello Abinash, Correct me if I am wrong in my guess that you liked the basin so much that this entire unit was build around it :) that too in the centre of the room. Jokes apart, the base cabinet doesn't provide a few inches gaps to the user for keeping the foot comfortably while using a hand wash. Have you considered the water proofing and maintenance of this unit as what it appears it is wood with laminated top as of now. Hi Abinash Here are a few ideas for your basin area: - De-clutter the counter top. Remove all unnecessary items and store the rest in baskets under the counter. If possible, put up a wall mounted soap dispenser. - Add baskets under the counter where you have some storage space. They'll look cohesive and you can't see the mess. - Add a bigger mirror to the wall, a wider one. - Add a light right on top of the mirror. the sink should be at 33" from the floor. your countertop height will depend on if you're using a top mounted or insert sink

Try to keep a band ( designed metal or board ) around the sink on three sides , which can makes the water spill less on that three sides ....or try to keep a rectangular hole on corners around sink for slab which doenst look like hole and get a decorative cover for that, and connect that to the outlet at down...so that its easy to push water around the sink so that it drains... Or get an extra slab just to place around sink where water spills and place it on top of existing slab if you don't want to remove the existing sink and place...
