Are you saying you will be layering a wooden false wall on top of the existing wall to hold the pocket door? If that is the case, you might want to treat the entire side of that new and existing wall ( including the area above doorway) as an accent wall using wood veneer strips. They look like actual pieces of wood plank which have adhesive backing, they come in a variety of finishes and colors...I like the old reclaimed wood look. A diagonal pattern would add extra visual interest, but would be more intense to cut and install. That will camouflage the additional layer and create a beautiful accent wall.

Hey Mandeep, So you can try to add the other color tiles to create patterns and design apart from just having another coloured tiles at the centre. HOWEVER, suppose we go with your idea of having other colour tiles in the centre - then how about these ideas: 1. Blue 2. Red & Orange or Red and Yellow -- but here the texture is important. 3. hi , i have designed more than 60 kitchens and with my experience it's extremely difficult to cook with stove in the corner of moved a bit to the right it would end up too close to the sink if the space is less and whatever you wash there are chances that it may fall into the cooking bowl .it would really help if you let me know the measurements of that wall .
