Thank you so much for your advice want to tell you that i'am using Scis Erica tiles on one side of the wall and grey on the remaining walls and the floor so what colour granite would you suggest would go with it, for tub ledge, will await for your reply . Thank you

Hi Tanzil. Greetings, The plan is looking very generous. Nothing to criticize but a little thinking could make a real good plan for egl. 1) The hall could accomodate the dining area as well. 2) A single stair is sufficient enough to fulfill the requirements. depending upon where it is placed. 3) A lounge on the first floor would add the charm to the upper floor and a large balcony may be if possible. 4) Some vegetation in the interior could make it lively. 5) I f a small courtyard if not a hindrance into the central area can make it more inclined towards nature since it would be good for light and ventilation. There are a lot of other small things possible depending upon the requirements and the structural probability.There doesnt seem to be the column and beam overlay over the plan which would be also helpful in designing. Hello Deezpage, Before implementation take care of certain points, 1) In the master bathroom do you need two different basins + two different bathing area ( shower trey + bath tub)? Instead you can make it look bigger in size by providing the fixtures and fittings which you need. 2) Master bedroom wardrobe section --you can demolish the wall and provide wardrobe as a partition which will give more openness to the room and will be more effective from the interior point. 3) I agree with cornerstone about changing the kitchen door position and shifting it on the dining room side which will be convenient for the person working in the kitchen and will give a finished look in the foyer area. 4) For the laundry area you can use the upper side for the storage and lower area for the washing machine. 5)Kitchen requires more detailing then other rooms.
