is the project still in designing stage, i mean is there a scope of suggestions today ... i may provide you with some hints.....

u may have hall n dinning area partially merged.. this will give a spacious hall. and a wall covering the wash room next to kitchen may not be neccesory, it's basically poor planning and makes the space like a narrow passage but need to clearly check with builder before doing any changes. well interiors ceiling with electrical points and concealing part, windows n blinds, flooring if any changes, kitchen layout, dry area fittings and essentials will only be possible once u get keys.
