We just moved into a new house. It has high ceilings. Kitchen, Living and Family room all flow together in a large room. The walls have been painted and we dont want to change the wall colors at this time. I am interested in getting some advice on the type of furniture to buy, rugs (colors, patterns), wall decor (painting, clocks), furniture arrangement and the colors to use. The large island also has a pull-out breakfast counter. But, we want to add a nook table. Please suggest ideas. Thanks.

hey you may try rectangular pattern bathroom tiles with light colors such as ivory, light blue or even glossy white to make the space look bigger.
