One possibility would be to swap the living room and the dining room. Since the current living room is larger than the current dining room you could still keep some comfortable seating (couch and upholstered chairs?) against the front wall for a keeping room/dining concept. Then your new dining areas (kitchen and dining room) and living areas (living and drawing room) would have good flow between them, which would work well both for family and entertaining. You could also add some builtin bookshelves in the drawing room or new living room to create a library area to add another fun element to the living areas. These bookshelves could be against the long walls in the drawing room, around the window with a window seat in the living room (former dining room), or built to create some separation in the open area between the drawing room and living room/stair area. Your plan seems to show some sort of builtin there, but I'm not sure what it is.

am assuming this is a concrete structure, when shifting service toilet to utility area, and if there are apartments above, then running extra lengths of supply/drainage lines & introducing a structural sink slab (if this is concrete) under the new location can be charged extra.. it will be easier to divide the 3rd toilet. all services will be already available. only, do check on supply & drain pipes capacity as load is increased on the same pipes which were serving one toilet earlier..

Here's the explanation of how to know if you have room. Your total inches is 100. Assuming you have cabinet on each side, subtract 25.5 for each side (the depth of your countertops) and now you have 49" left. You need 33-48" on EACH side of the island. If you used a 12" deep cabinet for your island instead of the normal 24" depth, take the 49" and subtract 12 (but you will have some counter overhang) and you have 37" left. Divide 37 by 2 and this gives you only 18.5" of space on each side of your island - not nearly enough space to move around or to open doors/drawers/appliances.

What do you need to store in the kitchen proper? You already have crockery storage and food storage elsewhere. Just tally what you actually need to store and provide space for that. You may not need all built-in cabinets; shelves, hooks, or pegboards may do as well. And yes, the utility room is very tight....it look like just a 24 in (600 mm) wide passage? I'd scrap the sink rather than squeeze it in so tight. Do you really need separate spaces for utility, kitchen and store? If you combined these all and planned them carefully, you could have a large, very functional kitchen, at least by US standards. (Not being familiar with exact kitchen norms in India, I can't fully comment on the tradeoffs.)
