Thanks a lot for your comment. I wouldn't exactly call it a walk in-closet. As you can see from the drawing, Its space provided for two single wardrobe (one on each side). Maximum width can be around 3.5 ft. The humidity point is quite relevant. The question is would it be possible to include a wet room in the space i.e. 6ft x 8.6ft. - considering I don't remove the dress wall. Wanted to get a sense on the possible layout. Could you please help me to get some construction engineer who can help me to design my ground floor which is about 4 ft underground where the floor and ceiling are already there. The side walls are also there. Only thing is the partition wall to be created to make as a single bedroom house. At present on the east side there is a garage and on the north side a room with toilet. We would like to convert this as a proper single bed house. Since I have a very low budget, can you please suggest how to go about it. Thanks and look forward to your advise.

standard bathtubs take up space, look outdated and in today's busy life, rarely do we get time to use them. Better go for a high end steam shower with a bench seating if its within your budget. However, a free bathtub in a large bathroom however can be staggering. From my experience and the skill set available in our country better not attempt self made, it is quite demanding.
