Hello Neetu, Trying to explain the suggestions earlier made with an image. See if the following changes makes the space more usable and open. Please see the numbers marked on the attached image. 1- Open up Dressing Area. No need of closing it. 2& 3 Pull out the Porch and increase the room size. 4- Change the direction of toilet, increase the size and include handwash within it. 5 Open Living area will comfortably seat 6-8 people. 6,7 - If your designer agrees this will allow you to increase the room sizes. by 20 odd ft. 8- Close the kitchen door . From the markings it seems that the stairs entry to first floor is from inside the house. It may be difficult for the people living on the ground floor to open the door every time a first floor resident comes. In case its one family - please excuse the query. I would recommend to reduce porch width and increase the living room width by a ft or two. You can use the smaller room wall for kitchen cabinets as well. Thanks Amit.

OK Vivek, that was a suggestion, it is manageable but please take your call. However, this 2 nd floor plan may need a discussion. Ideally, a kitchen meant for a studio and a 4 .5 bedroom house should not be of the same size. You may want to increase the size of kitchen looking at the size of 2nd and 3rd floor layouts. Hello ramarao, This is the outline furniture plan of your given layout. Some measurements needs to be rechecked. If you can do some structural changes like the door from the drawing room to some other room and few minor changes, we can plan it better.
