Hello ramarao, This is the outline furniture plan of your given layout. Some measurements needs to be rechecked. If you can do some structural changes like the door from the drawing room to some other room and few minor changes, we can plan it better.

ground floor, reduce parking area by 2 feet, this will increase the drawing room to 18'. remove store and wall also, keep it open combining drawing and dining space. store can be accommodated below the stair and is more than sufficient. remove gap between stair steps of up and down (by removing one steps of E -W direction) this will give you another 1' in bedroom. to accommodate this removed steps have one diagonal step on landing
