That quartzite is beautiful!! I think any of them would look great in your space, but if you are worried about etching & stains then don't go with marble.

White Dove is a very warm (yellowish) white. I don't think it would look good with a cool white/gray countertop - which your marble definitely is. I would choose one of the other two. I like the Madre Perla. Marble will definitely give you maintenance worries if you cannot handle the etching thing.

We do not recommend marble as good choice for kitchen counter tops for the reasons you listed above. Even with a good sealer, marble will be more prone to staining than a quartz or granite. The Madre Perla is stunning but the Zodiac Quartz "London Sky" will give you more warmth in color, and will be more durable / less maintenance. Hope this helps with your decision!

Joe recommended a bullet proof sealer once if I remember correctly. Perhaps he can weigh in.

The thing is that natural materials - even quartzite - can show wear over time with regular use. Is that going to bother you over time? Paint a board with your paint, and take it to visit your marble. See how you like them together. If you Google white dove kitchen cabinets you will find countless images of them paired with marble, so it’s a look others have liked.

my madre perla is bullet proof. 2 messy kids, one messy husband.

also, white dove will work perfect, we used that for trim color.

ok, I will take a picture tomorrow. there is a bit of a green gray color. mine are a bit lighter based on your photo.

I like the second photo on my monitor best. I thinks it’s the quartz. I’ll look forward to seeing Isabel’s. I think the third would totally work too and is very, very pretty. I definitely think the marble is too cool tone white, besides the etching.

Both the marble and quartzite are gorgeous, esp. the marble, but if etching worries you, it's probably not the best choice. I do think that gray-toned marble is a time-tested look and would look fine with warm cabinets.

but u have to LOVE it!!

I loved marble but chickened out, last minute. My gut was whispering, "mistake". I so badly wanted to be one of those carefree people that could say, "I don't care if it scratches or etches I will love the natural patina look," but I knew I'd be lying to myself. My cabinets are also dove white and I went with a White Ice granite. In hindsight, I'm grateful that I listened to my gut. With 3 messy kids that use the kitchen counters as a craft space and a husband that cooks a Sunday gravy every week, my White Ice Granite is indestructible. It still has a creamy white background with gray veining and gave me the color palette I wanted. Whatever you do, listen to your gut!
