We do not know anything about your likes or dislikes, or your family or the style of the home you have chosen or the climate you live in. You will have the best results for a big project like this, by hiring a designer. Interview a few designers in your area and discuss your house with them. We answer specific questions about rooms or parts of rooms. For instance, if your house was already built, you could take a photo of the kitchen and ask what kind of window coverings we might suggest. Look at the Houzz photos, too, and use them to help you plan a wonderful home.

I think that you should increase you drawing room area and reduce the bedroom area if you place the bed on south east side it will be possible

As per vastu the kitchen should be in SOUTH EAST direction with the BURNER on the SE corner and the cook should face EAST while cooking. Master bedroom or the bedroom of the earning member should be in the SOUTH WEST direction. Positions of W.C. also matters . It should be facing NORTH.
