The plan looks very inefficient. You will end up spending more money for a huge area of dead spaces. I don't see any buffer between the road and your living spaces. You are likely to lose out on Privacy. Can you share the dimensions of the site?

sombie the dimensions are 36 base , 75 hypotenese and 65 length. all this is in feet.. it's not exactly a right angle triangle but closer to it
