No such thing as wallpaper for floors, but there are a few good solutions for water resistant flooring. Pvc, vinyl, linoleum, epoxy or polyurethane paint, for example. I see you live in India, I have no idea what products can be bought there.

And then you are grabbing for a paint brush again, with a dark paint on the wall- that requires lots of primer and coats of paint to cover. Give us more detail if you need more specific advice... Furniture...color scheme... Bedding... Space... Childs age....

It is my understanding you are not going around the corner but on 2 opposites sides of the space . The only thing i would be concerned with is your bedding and if you want to hang art on the wallpapered wall. Ilike the wallpaper and I would choose the lighter green and maybe try and find some faux silk drapes in that color . A nice crisp white matlesse with a lime throw and lime, blue and white and maybe a bit of pink pillows would be nice
