You've to consider some points before designing you celebration hall. 1) It should have proper sound proofing if there is too much of noise. 2) There should be more of decorative lights to give proper effect. 3)In this hall, there should be corner sitting or grid sitting, the center space or the pathway should be defined for the movement. 4) The cooling system whether its air cooling or air conditioning, it Should be effective, so must consult a professional for that. Hi dear I will suggest 1. keep your floor clean opt for wooden tile flooring or real wooden plants 2. play with walls like ruf tuf texture , vertical landscaping , 3. hanging trunks for lighting elements 4. play with furniture selection 5. ceiling u can go natural like cemented look only sharing few pictures here

I feel partitions are not needed. You already have too much for the space. Adding a partition will shrink the space further. The simplistic solution, you do not wish to discard any furniture would be to paint all the walls in lighter pastles. And use some wall painting frames to highlight certain walls.
