Need help for Living room design

I don't want kitchen to be directly visible from living room. Keeping this in mind, I was thinking of creating a screen with bamboo work or something such that kitchen area would be extended and dining area would cease to exist (I dont need dining table). Any other idea to separate kitchen/living room is appreciated.

Now, I need to design location of shoe rack and sitting area in living room. Am just stumped. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Can you interchange study room with kitchen? By doing that you get more open space in the living area and your kitchen also will have more space and you can have a breakfast table as well. Instead of dry ter you can have open balcony and the present balcony , you can replace with wash area.

Hello Anindita, According to us, placement of sofa with lounger is obstructing the actual space of this living room. Apart from this, you can add few home decor items like pots & planter, artificial flowers, indoor small fountain, candle holder, etc. on the top of storage which is besides door and on TV unit shelves. Also, you can add flower vases in the corner of sofa or side of TV unit. Introduce caramel coloured rug below center table. Hello, the city is Gurgaon. I have not yet decided on budget exactly yet. I am exploring my options and will limit it soon. Consider it to be a low-cost approach, as a starter. Rupal idea is good, it will work only if you can make water and drainage line.

Another way is you have a partisan between living and dining which has shoe racks in it.

Check the layout . It is made to the scale so that every necessary requirements can be incorporated as per the dimensions .
The only structural change mentioned here is the balcony door , which is shifted on the corner and rest of the wall is changed into a big window for the natural light which helps in additional sitting and if you want to develop some greens in the balcony the view from your living room will be just perfect.

In the kitchen area there's a breakfast table with hanging display to bar the direct visibility from drawing hall .

All the measurements are given to the scale.
