You could also bring in some texture with bamboo sticks or decorative branches and help balance a bit the height of your room with small scale furniture. Spray paint them if you find the perfect size and shape but they aren't the color that you need. Cost is a factor also between papering and paint. 20 years ago, I painted and wallpapered everything myself. 10 years ago when I moved and bought a condo, I hired the papering and I did the painting. Last year when I downsized, my handyman and I just did the painting. No paper. I have found that at my age papering is too much for me. When I get down I can't get up and when I am up it feels too good to get down :>)

hi puneet , I would really suggest to get rid of these tiles (because nobody have tiles In their living room) and then plz get the wall fixed ,u can use dr.fixit or any brand u want and after that please remove that clock it looks very plastic(plastic sucks) and then please for god sake remove that curtain rod and get a new one a brass one plz and not a aluminum one please please and fr your sofa the sofa is actually pretty nice, u just have to change the coverings get something more plain and simple and go for a solid colour like violent and please change those curtains and get a solid on too like a off-white one (off-white goes well with violet) or even a cream colour but not too creamy ,then the center table I can't see plz post the photo separately and please get more lighting it's just too dim at least a 9w led and change those holders they are truly ancient and ur room's colour is good (the front wall) please change the colour of other walls to cream (again not too cream ) u can find the perfect cream colour on a asian paint store please put a big picture or a poster with wooden base (on wood ,I repeat on wood) and yeah please change the bedsheet man it's just odd remember the simpler the best and clean and also get a runner for the bedroom it's really important . thankyou

i agree with Ms. Rupal Shah as to get rid of the piece or redo it. If not you could probably use wallpaper to cover it. if not that even i have a suggestion for colour pallet. the wall opposite no. 3 should also be no. 3 and the wall opposite your green unit can have a custom wallpaper with shade 5, 4, and 2. you could also get a floral mural done in the same combination. Shade no. 1 (Sage) would be perfect for tufted head board for the bed. white bedsheets with large cushions in shade no. 5 (Burgundy) and shade no. 2 (rose pink) to top it off you could have some accessories such as: Dont forget to keep 1 or a few indoor plants too!
