A few questions... Are you hoping to feature the mdf on the wall? Are you building a built-in or just want the right furniture to make it look nice. If you're tight on budget you could use mdf if you're going for an industrial look. But there are a lot more options to create a feature wood wall.

Yes, I am hoping to feature the mdf on the wall. I am not sure like which one to choose and how to make it look better. I want to make use of the entire wall with cabinets. But, I am open to other options also. There is also a pillar next to the wall on the left side. I also want to make use of the space between pillar and wall (like glass cabinets). Needs your inputs, if you can share some images, that will be great.

What do you think about something like this with low cabinets?

I am looking for closed cabinets with glass doors and lighting ... can you suggest me the options other than the wood texture. I am also looking for the platform to the bottom of the wall. Please suggest me with various other options ... thanks

If your looking for a built-in of cabinets I'd suggest going to the cabinet supplier your builder knows and talking with a designer to see what options you can do. Photos below are a place to start since I'm not really sure of your style, you can switch out closed cabinet doors for glass ones in some designs. Best of luck!
