Help Me on Exterior Paint-Job Of My House

My House Is Facing Lake, Within Enclave And Is A Row-House. I Re-Purchased It So I Am Its Second Owner. Earlier Was In Pathetic Condition. Already Done Base-Coat, Distemper And Primer on All Walls Outside. Now Want Help On Paiting Job For Same. Attached Few Images For Exterior Image And Surroundings. Kindly Help ASAP.

You want to blend into the neighborhood homes. I like the white and wood trim. I'd purchase large carriage lights and perhaps urns near front door.

I disagree... why blend? "Sure -- come on over. Mine's the white one between the other two white ones." ??? I say make a statement. Some of the most beautiful row houses I've seen are those painted completely differently from each other. Think of San Francisco, Boston, Baltimore -- Google 'row houses' images and you'll see what I mean. The Spanish style and clay roof tiles would lend themselves beautifully to so many colors. You could play it safe with earth tones or be daring and go bright. Just make sure there are no community restrictions in place before you start.

These are the colour scheme you can go with ,Highlight the staircase with dark colour with muted mild colour background.Muted colours will bring down the boldness of the projections and merge down its presence.

Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestions and comments Rusty Empire,decoenthusiaste,emmarene & Chikka BangBang. My home is located in a small village in India. We initially planned to renovate our old home. But during the middle of renovation work, we changed our mindset to build a new one. Hence we made a house design by ourselves(3BHK) with the help of our local builder and to save the cost we tried to reuse all possible materials that were extracted while demolishing our old home((i.e.., like red tiles placed on the top of left side of porch). The project is in last phase, now I feel that still we could do something to enhance the beauty of exterior of home by getting some ideas from experts. I like to thank everyone once again for sharing your thoughts! @Rusty Empire : The entire building shown in pic is a single building, because of our inexperienced design it looks like disjointed:(:(. We just finished the painting of primer coating, yet to paint the final color. The pic you posted with color looks awesome, planning to paint the same color. I believe it would change the entire view of building @decoenthusiaste : The entire building shown in pic is a single building. Will post more pics in coming days, pls review it and share your thoughts. @emmarene : Right now I'm at my work place, so I don't have a main entrance pic with me. Will post it by this weekend. Mr Mohan, You are very talented ! you made a 3 D model using just cardboard !!! The design looks great as is. What is your confusion here? One suggestion the boundary wall after the second floor is not required it's looking better without that. panjetty: I think the color a house should blend into the neighborhood homes. The exterior paint on a home should not stick out like a sore thumb.
If a person lives in a San Francisco neighborhood where the houses are called painted ladies, you might paint your home purple and that purple would blend in for that particular neighborhood (photo below).
Some neighborhoods (gated communities) dictate to the home owner what color house is acceptable, so the gated community neighborhoods always remain beautiful & cohesive.
I do not disagree with you, but I always look around the neighborhood before I have my houses painted and I appreciate my neighbors who also look around the neighborhood and choose colors that blend in and do not "make a statement".

There are many shades of white. A warm white will make the wood look beautiful.
