Hi Ni, I just thought of something....did you say you planned to do the stencil motifs on the window wall? If so, I am thinking they will be mostly hidden by the curtains. I wonder if it might be better to stencil the long wall that is on the right side of the room when looking toward the window. I could see this being a pretty backdrop to the prayer box (I think that’s what you called it?) and your wood cuttings. Then maybe the opposite wall (the one with the kitchen doorway) could hold a large piece of art?

As i told you i need a garage in ground floor for car parking n all from their stairs to (first floor) i.e, living room. I dont need stairs to b fully curved it can be curved at starting, if not possible straight is also OK. In first floor i dont need space in front. It can directly be main door of living room. There a kitchen, bedroom ( not a master bedroom just a bed and a wardrobe is enough ) with attached bathroom and small storage room ( storage room can come below stairs ). I want my living room to be big i dont need anything there just a sofa n TV set as i showed in the pics yesterday. As the living room becomes big i want little bit curved stairs not full curved just curved at starting. Then in (Second Floor) the master bedroom with attached bathroom, walk in wardrobe and small room for gym. I want round bed it is OK even if it is not near window but TV set should be opposite to that. Then to (third floor) a big party hall nothing else and finally to the terrace.

Hi Agyeya, The floor plan screenshot is a little unclear to make the appropriate decision. The decision will be based on the size of the balconies. What we can tell you without that information is that there are a few points that need to be considered before making that decision Is the builder willing to allow you to change the look of the building (which will happen if you take the balcony inside). Is it a small or a big balcony? Is the view from the balcony good? Is there enough storage space in the house? (all those extra things have to go somewhere) If the balcony is small, you can take it into the room as it will serve no useful purpose. If it is large and you get a good view, use french doors. This way you have the option of making it a visually large space. Hi, The house looks beautiful. According to me either HPL wooden cladding with white will suit this elevation design as mentioned above by Pravin ji or another option can be use of dark grey textured exterior wall paint for the groves with white and wooden ceiling. Regards, Priyanka Kalra
