Hi, I can see that you are trying to get an ensuite with every bedroom and whilst that is a great idea I am not so sure your house is big enough to accommodate this. The kitchen is far too small and it is also hidden away rather than being the focal point of the house. In this case you should have a rethink with the architect to amend the layout. Firstly, one can play a lot with furnishings if you are staying in a rented apartment. those white walls are nothing but a clean canvas and you can really use colors through your furnishings like cushions , upholstery, curtains , rugs etc to add colors . Secondly , instead of wall shelves etc add small side tables on emptycorners you get etc which gives you platform surfaces to display your nick knacks.. You get many freestanding display shelves online and in market where you don't have to use screws in wall. :)

Given the very large living area, the USP of this apartment, there are a variety of screens available which can be used creatively, mobile or fixed, see through, translucent or opaque, full height or part, etc to divide the spaces and yet give a free flowing look of a large open space, the light and views from the large windows.

I do more activities to save water but couldn't be able to vote for other options. I stoped using pipe to water my plants. stopped using shower. and many more.
