First you need to decide on the look you want to have on your bathroom. If it is classical stained glass suits the better and for modern go for frosted glass. But before going to stained glass make sure that the bathroom furnishing and fittings should be in a classical type. Where as for the frosted the bathroom furnishing and fittings are readily available in the market.

Depends on the windows. If they start from the floor to the cieling then to really enjoy the view you can place movable furniture a little away from the windows facing the windows. Hi Deepak, Neighboring noises can be annoying, especially night. I would advise the same, go for u-PVC windows, that will help in maximum noise reduction. As I can see in image, a full-length curtain indicating probable full window or door. You should go for u-PVC window/door for that too.
