You can contact Fenesta ppl, they will suggest the options. I have installed Fenesta and it reduces noise 60-70%. Also, our bedroom had a window at the same position, we got it removed and built a wall with wallpaper on it. It looks fine. Router is not at all advisable in bedrooms.

Neighboring noises can be annoying, especially night. I would advise the same, go for u-PVC windows, that will help in maximum noise reduction. As I can see in image, a full-length curtain indicating probable full window or door. You should go for u-PVC window/door for that too. The noise will be reduced to a minimum.
