A professional photographer would be an excellent idea. But if you don't think you can afford to do so and want to invest in an appropriate camera and lighting which can be very expensive. B & H photo in New York could probably advise you. Or Adorama. But there is definitely a learning curve to do great photography. It is not as easy as it looks. Different backdrops take different lighting. It also depends on the lighting in the area you will be taking the pictures.

I think you should stay with a simple pattern for draperies. Possibly a pattern incorporating the white trim and warm yellow walls. This would be soft and understated and something that you wouldn't get tired of easily. Other colors could be introduced with accessories.

The recommended fit around a DR table is 24" larger on all sides for the chairs. You won't have that on the 6'8" side. I'm thinking the rug is going to be too small for the room 8x10 or even 9x12 would have been a better choice.

Paint , ceiling design and curtains are all set except Design for beds , paintings and hanging ceiling lights on the sides of the bed, rugs and other accessories. I have seen accessories (mentioned above) online websites like Pepper Fry , Amazon it will be great if you mention those here as I have to do everything in budget .
