Tile is the next 'toughest'. Of course "stone" will outlast everything...but you don't mention what you want it for.

Hello April, It's an old wood floor and each slab of wood accepts the stains differently so getting exact match is very difficult. Sanding, staining and repolishing the existing flooring to match the new floor is a likely solution to your dilemma. Its a messy and time taking procedure though.
