Pick the floor tile first, then the paint color. You should be able to find a wide variety of floor tiles to go nicely with the mother-of-pearl, THEN relate the wall color to not only the tile but the cabinet color, which you don't mention in your note.

Where is this tile being used?

I'm guessing this will be used as a backsplash? What are the countertops and what color cabinets? And what kind of lighting? If you have LED lights, they make things cooler (bluer) than traditional lights. And how many windows? Light affects everything!

It depends the way you want to go,,cool colors or warm...For a cooler color, you could go with a gray floor. For a warmer feeling, go with a cream/beige floor. Those tiles are beautiful

I think a warm grey wall colour would look great with these tiles!

For the floor, you might want to look at Eramosa,,it comes in different shades,,grays and beige. Here is an example with the gray. For the Zeus quartz, have you seen it in the store? I like how it looks in photos and I was going to use it for the bar counter, but in reality it looks unnatural
