Need suggestions and help
Comments (7)The simplest thing to do would be to get rid of the small stuff you have on your wall and replace it with something big. You might try a big mirror with a black frame. You need more stuff up high, so consider putting something on top of the high shelves. I really like your muted colour scheme and the pop provided to the muted scheme by the comode with the green and red. The green picks a little out of the couches. The problem, from a colour point of view, is the yellow-tan cabinet and coffee table. Having three cabinets on one wall is brobs too cluttered. You MIGHT remove the center cabinet, replace it with the comode to cover the switches, then put something big to balance the cabinet on the left, or, better yet, get rid of it too. You could put down a rug with matching colours....See MoreAny suggestion
Comments (44)You could also bring in some texture with bamboo sticks or decorative branches and help balance a bit the height of your room with small scale furniture. Spray paint them if you find the perfect size and shape but they aren't the color that you need. Ikea carries white decorative stalks for a very good price. the ones in the 1st picture hold well with small kids around and you don't need a vase for them. there are washi paper or crinkly paper floor lamps with a soft beautifully diffused glow For a budget friendly version check ikea or target http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80028552/...See MoreSofas and curtains Ideas
Comments (13)Rowe Furniture has very clean line sofas that I think would be an appropriate scale for this room. LOVE the red feature wall. You do need to bring the red into the room but knowing how you want the room to feel can help determine a color palette. If you want the room to have energy and "pop", try a split-complementary or triadic color scheme. If you want it to be more relaxed and harmonious, I would suggest an analogous color scheme....See Moresofa color for living room having natural wood and white combination
Comments (7)Hello there, Since you have put on a majority of white in furniture, you need to complement the brightness though a more subtle and warm texture. Anything with wooden, leather, dark, tan, browns ; even solids like lemon yellow, olive greens go well . Regards, Aurum Ideas and Spaces Bhubaneswar...See Moreimagalaxygirl_hotmail_com
