there is nothing in this plan which i don't like but confirm me about land required for this type of plan and please confirm about the interior design, the link is given below.

Hello there, If you are planning an eco-retreat with cottages/ luxury huts incorporating mud/stone/straw architectural elements and with all amenities as mentioned above @Nijaguna Radhya, the area wouldn't suffice. The best option would be to go for a boutique lodge style single villa with landscaping and essential amenities. Second, you need to plan with your style and budget accordingly. In my best guess, the land area is 0.5-0.75 acres if building a country home or even larger if incorporating into an existing farm/ranch.

The BUA is around 38,000 sft

Budget depends on interiors and materials. Best estimate would be between 18,000-22,000/- sft of BUA (including landscaping)
