Bed, Headboard & Wardrobe looks great in this. .rest all have not worked out well... without curtains , no ac unit, no fan, there are lot more things which is not used , that shows not practical...

So you want to construct the kitchen along the two 7' length walls facing each other and along the 9' wall that joins them? It can be done if the space is used practically. But first please share your floor plan to show the position of the doors and windows too. Only then can once figure out how best to utilise the space

Considering 1000 Sq.ft as carpet area it would be around 25 Lac to 30 Lac with 10% to 15% Contingency.
