It depends whether you are looking for luxurious designs or muted and simple designs. Generally consider about 6000 Rs. / Sqft. For a good design.

In your case, it will be 1000 sqft. X 6000 Rs. which will come upto 60,00,000 Rs. + 15% contingency.

Considering Plywood Furniture with laminate finishes, Basic False ceiling , Paint Work, Electrification would cost you around 2500 to 3000 Rs/ Sq.ft. (Excluding Kitchen and Toilets). Considering 1000 Sq.ft as carpet area it would be around 25 Lac to 30 Lac with 10% to 15% Contingency.
