“I have been into the Ottawa location many times and have to say in comparison to other companies I have dealt with so far their customer service was fantastic. Staff was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They still have the family business vibe going for them. I would recommend their Ottawa branch to anyone in search of tiles for their home. They have a very large showroom and tons of options.”

“We hired them for our kitchen reno including cabinets and granite counter top. They did professional job (on time and the price was very fair). They worked closely with us and made sure we got everything we wanted…. Last but not least, we asked them to use piece of old Countertop to make a cutting board for us - they did it without extra charge :) I highly recommenced Granite nations.”

“From start to finish the proprietors Violetta and Oleg Ilizirov of Marble Treasure Inc. were excellent in making sure our quartz kitchen counter top we chose for our almost completed renovated kitchen was installed with precision and excellent workmanship. Violetta was extremely accommodating and answered any questions one might have promptly either by phoning or emailing. They also accommodated our budget as well as our schedule of installment which was greatly appreciated. When checking into their reputation they were rated with the highest score possible by others. They are highly recommended!”

“Delsur Marble installed our kitchen countertop and backsplash. We couldn't be any happier with the end result! Pablo was extremely professional, responsive and courteous. He kept us in the loop and worked with our limited budget and timeline. Unlike the other companies we spoke to, Pablo was honest and was able to complete the project with just two slabs of Quartz for the countertop when all the other companies told us we needed three. Delsur Marble's craftsmanship exceeded our expectations and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.”

“Another firm installed my granite counter in the kitchen. The sink came away from the granite and dropped. The original installer would not return my calls. I called Toronto granite and they came within a day or two and fixed it. A year or so later the same thing happened. I called Toronto Granite back. They came the next day, fixed it and did not charge me. The rep that came also told me to call back if we had any further problems. Their customer service was so good I will definitely call Toronto Granite the next time I'm in the market for granite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.”

“After seeing Broken Down Designs at the Interior Design Show in Toronto, I contacted Petar the owner for a consultation on my outdated fireplace that was my least favourite thing in my house. After a telephone conversation to talk about my space and what I was looking for, Petar sketched a few design options for me and outlined the various material options that would fit my price range. After a long deliberation, I managed to pick just one of his fabulous creations and we picked a material (granite) that went with my existing décor. Next came measurements and logistics and revisions to the design as we moved through the process, and then work began. Petar and his team not only removed the existing mantel, but made and installed the new one. Petar was responsive to my needs and was happy to talk through my options and provided so much more than just a contractor experience. When I discovered late in the project that Petar is actually a trained artist and sculptor, I knew that the finished mantel would be fantastic, and I couldn't be happier! All of my guests are so complimentary on my new fireplace, and I love that I have something that no one else has! I cannot recommend Petar and Broken Down Designs enough, and I am currently working with Petar to add a few matching side tables to the living room to really highlight the fireplace. I would note that, Broken Down Designs is not going to order some pre-fabricated mantel and try to make it fit - they do cost a bit more, but the customization and artistic services more than make up for it.”
