“I have purchased window treatments from Added Touch several times and the experience was eye opening. Not only did I get a great price, but they gave me something I just could not get anywhere else that I looked, Honest reputable old fashioned service. I could not believe how much they knew about all types of window treatments. They carried what appeared to be a very wide selection from a number of different companies and they answered all my questions. They even came to my home with samples, measured my windows to make sure everything would fit properly and that was all free of charge. When my window treatments arrived they sent an installer to my home and he installed everything perfectly. As long as I live anywhere in Upstate New York I will always buy my window treatments at Added Touch 1 Genesee St New Hartford, NY”

“Patti was great. She came out twice for the consult and answered Every single question I had...and I had tons. After we placed the order she was so great with following up. She also came on the day of the installation and made sure everything was perfect. She found a small crack in the living room balcony door shutters (we didn’t even see it) and had it replaced. She was awesome! We were so happy with her work.”

“A new aluminum awning was installed in my backyard. The awning feels and looks very strong. The isntaller jaquin was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. They kept my house clean and the neighbors were happy I didn't block there view. Highly recommend!”

“Joe and his small crew did a wonderful job on our patio. I recently put an addition on our house and the new foundation was at a different level to the rest of our house. The guys were able to blend everything together nicely for us. My wife and I were a little hesitant at first based on the cost of pavers, however after seeing the finished product, there's no doubt that it's a much better product than poured concrete or a stamped patio. Because of the design of our patio and the layout of our year, they had to drive their equipment through our yard creating large ruts. Before I could even say anything, Joe informed me that they would be bringing in new top soil and reseeding our lawn. The total project took just a few days even though it had been raining quite a bit and true to his word, the guys came in and put new topsoil and seeding the lawn. After a days or two, Joe came back and reseeding a second time and washed the patio with a cleaner that made it nice. My wife and I can now enjoy sitting in our back yard after work. We're very happy with the work.”

“I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Lori Friedlander on my recent window design project. Lori is amazing. From our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. As you can imagine, window treatments can be a daunting, overwhelming task. However, not with Lori. She guided me based on my style preferences and price point, provided samples that my husband and I could pick from, and walked us through the Smith and Noble process of what to expect, which was perfection. My one regret was why didn't I contact Smith and Noble sooner?! :) Lori's design and communication skills are top notch. She is a seasoned professional. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. Not once did I need to reach out to her for a status. She was extremely proactive and kept me informed of timing, delivery, what to expect with installation. All in all it was a wonderful experience. We are extremely satisfied with our roman shades!”
