“We worked with Adam who oversaw our whole project, from consultation all the way to completion. He was excited about helping with us from the first meeting. The initial consultation took a few hours, to go over everything and do measurements. He came back a day or so later with visuals and computer renderings to help us see what he was talking about. We looked at other companies and smaller vendors, and it either took too long to get ideas, quotes, or any information about these types of projects. Highly recommended.”

“We had an older wooden patio cover removed and and a new aluminum one installed by C-Thru Sunrooms. They worked with us on timing of the project as we had to have the old one removed then new windows and patio doors before the new cover could be installed. When we ere ready they had the materials delivered and started right away. We added lights and electrical outlets to it and we are very happy with the way it came out.”

“We chose Johnson Patios to do our backyard. They did an amazing job. We had a simple design in mind with pavers and artificial turf. The project was completed on time, within budget and I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. The crew was very professional, efficient, and they made sure to leave their work area clean every night. It was very good at communicating with us throughout the process. “I've known Rudi for many years and it was a pleasure to finally work with him first hand on some improvements on my house in Rockridge. My nearly 100 year old house was due for new windows and my 14 year old deck was looking tired so I hired Schafer Construction to do the work. His crew was efficient, polite, professional and always on time. I received regular communication throughout the project and couldn't be happier with the finished product.
