“I recently hired Brian at Toleos Enterprises to do some long-overdue repairs at my home. Work I had put off for years because I couldn't find someone who seemed qualified to do the work and at a reasonable price. I had several jobs that needed to be done and Brian took care of each one. He takes pride in his work and makes sure the customer is satisfied. I felt the price was fair for the various jobs he did and the final work product was excellent. I'm very happy and I've recommended him to my neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.”

“Jeff and his team remodeled a bath for me. They took out a tub, built a shower, retiled the shower wall and floors. The old vanity was removed and a new one was installed with new faucets. They did an amazing job. I high recommend them.”

Their work was top notch, price was fair, and they worked very hard to get the work done in a timely manner--rain and inspectors delayed us some, but that was out of their control. They worked diligently the entire time they were here, and I trusted them, even when I was not around.”

“I am a Full Service Remodeler out of Frisco and we connected with LSID's via our Builders Association. I met Matt at a speed networking meeting. Subsquently, one of my past customers asked about replacing their front door with an iron door. I took the job out to 3 local builder association companies and while pricing was very similar, LSID, out did their peers by going the extra mile in creating a "photo shopped" the existing picture with what their proposed design would be. Before pic, photo shopped pic and after pic are attached here. They proposed a 2 day install and it was met. Quality was superb, installation clean and precise and their interior trim out saved me alot of drywall touchup and repair. My critique was the timeframe proposed from approved door design to install was not as timely as we had hoped. it took several extra weeks to actually get the door. My only advice to LSIDs would be to get more accurate dates from their supplier. Great job though!”
