“Elena was a joy to work with in regards to our remodel project, which consisted of beautiful granite counter, tile backsplash and pendant lights, kitchen sink, new faucet for kitchen. New tile flooring, new bathroom lighting was installed in our second bath. Our master bathroom shower was reconfigured and constructed along with a new cultured granite counter surface and integrated sinks for master bath, new faucets, rain shower head along with a new shower head and lighting and tile flooring in that bathroom. New tile floor and granite counter was installed in laundry room. Elena was very diligent in following up when she said she would. She had excellent suggestions in helping us select various products for our project.”

“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“Working with Nouveau Designs, Cathi Bales (owner) and Nicole Marquez (designer) was a great pleasure. They both helped me with decisions, were incredibly patient with my indecisions and many many questions. I generally knew what I wanted for my window treatments but they helped me understand points I had not thought of, hence, hiring the professionals. They helped me with fabric choices, what to line my linen drapes with, colors, hardware, and wall height mounting choices. Then of course, sewing the drapes, ordering the natural shades (I wanted a specific brand) and installing. Both Nicole and Cathi were fun to work with, professional, and such good listeners to my needs and wants. It's refreshing to work with professionals that take the time to understand the clients wishes, as well as, help the client understand certain aspects of the job in which the client may be unaware (as in my case). I learned a lot through this process. They not only were fun to work with, but I love the finished product. I knew I was in good hands. My window treatments in my family room and kitchen are beautiful. I now have natural shades with ivory lined linen drapes. Cathi and Nicole were always prompt for our appointments and went above and beyond in regards to their patience and understanding of my many concerns regarding my window treatment choices and how they would compliment my next project. I am so happy that I have found a local professional to help me in the future with everything from window treatments, bedding, table linens and even pillows. Cathi Bales is a very talented fabricator and Nicole Marquez' design skills are equally impressive. A dynamic team :)”

“My husband and I worked with Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Window Design and couldn't be happier with the outcome of our project. They installed tile in our entryway, wood floors throughout the home, window coverings and completely gutted and remodeled two bathrooms. I was very particular with layout of the tile in each of the bathroom projects and they were not only accommodating, but gave us ideas as to configuration as well. The floor and tile installers were meticulous and the tile was installed perfectly. We are more than pleased with the outcome.
