We originally wanted to replace a few boards on our deck of our home that overlooks Lake Washington but when it became obvious that this was much more complicated due to several rather serious structural problems, we contacted a number of construction companies to assist and after detailed discussions with several firms, we chose Lakevue Renovations. Jeff and team worked with us every step of the way as we designed the deck, and once construction started they kept us totally up to speed as we uncovered several other structural problems with the home that had to be addressed. Each step of the way, Jeff and team took us through the issues, suggested options to address them before deciding on what exactly we would do to address them. It was a great working relationship and we felt 100% confident that the additional work we did was absolutely essential to the structural integrity of the house and deck. The final result is awesome and the deck is wonderfully handsome and adds greatly to the value of the home.
